How will my order be shipped?

Our parcels are being shipped and delivered to you via our duly appointed hand to hand courier service provider.

What else should I know about how my order will be shipped?

  • Paula's Choice ships Monday to Friday (excluding South African public holidays) to all destinations in South Africa. Once payment of your order is confirmed deliveries will take between 4 to 5 business days to reach you other than over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, where deliveries may take up to 7 business days to reach you.
  • Deliveries will be made to valid South African addresses on business days between 08h00 and 17h00. You will receive an email confirming that your parcel has been shipped, within 48 hours after shipment to your delivery address.
  • Delivery fees are charged at R100 per order for any order under a value of R700.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times; these are indicative and for information only.
  • Three attempts will be made to deliver your parcel to you. Should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available to accept the order after three attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges.
  • If your package does not arrive within the indicated delivery time, please contact us within 2 weeks of your parcel’s original delivery date. We can only open an investigation with the courier within a 2-week period. After those 2 weeks, we cannot provide compensation nor assist you further.
  • When your order is delivered you must inspect the products and be satisfied that the products confirm to the quality and quantity you order. You are not able to return the products with the courier. If you wish to return the products you must follow the returns process as contained in the Returns Policy which can be accessed on the website.
