In order to place an order via our website, you can register yourself as a customer via www.paulaschoice.co.za. You create an account that is protected by a password and linked to your email address. We do not process any payment personal information. Payments to our webshop are processed via a third party payment service provider, Paystack South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Paystack”), who is an approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Paystack uses the strictest form of encryption and no card details are stored on the website. Paystack’s security certificate and security policy can be viewed at www.paystack.com. You will be offered a number of ways of paying securely. You enter your credit or debit card details only on these secure pages and then complete your order. We only receive the message of whether your payment has been received, but not your credit or debit card details.

CUSTOM AUDIENCE TARGETING
Once you have placed an order from Paula's Choice and have given us permission to use your email address, we can use this for custom audience targeting via Facebook and Google. What this means, is that we will make a custom audience group based on email addresses from our customers by uploading these to an advertising tool. These groups can then be linked to specific Facebook advertising campaigns so that we can target our customers with the most relevant messages. d. You shop in our webshop without logging in/using an account
You do not need to register as a customer in order to place an order via our website. You personally enter the personal information we need to carry out your order and can also change this personal information yourself at any time.

This means that you have the right to receive the personal information you have provided to us in a usable format so that it can be handed over to another controller. If you wish to receive your personal information in such a format, please send an email to info@paulaschoice.co.za. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss in what format you would like to receive the personal information. After this contact, we will respond to your request and provide the personal information within 4 weeks, and no later than within 3 months if the request is complex.
d. Revoking permission granted earlier

We will respond to and confirm your request in relation to revoking permission as soon as possible, but in any event within 4 weeks.
